Hello, I’m a 29-year-old chef Colombian/ Spanish with a passion My culinary journey has taken me across the world, honing my skills in fine dining and Michelin-starred kitchens in Madrid with Asian influence also I've been living and working in South Korea at the same time I was learning about the traditional Korean cooking , I've been also working in the Austrian Alps in the famous Kitzbuhel town knowing for sky In there I was doing also fine dining and of course I have been twice time in Netherlands first I was living in Terschelling island where I was learning about sustainable seafood in the restaurant going into the sea and taking oysters and fresh seafood products.
