Passionate about the art of gastronomy, I am a highly motivated chef with a strong foundation in international hospitality. Originally from Curaçao and shaped by the vibrant cultures of Doha and Dubai, I thrive in dynamic, high-end kitchen environments where precision, creativity, and excellence define the culinary experience.
Currently, I serve as Chef de Garde Manger at Restaurant Feu in Utrecht, where I specialize in refined, ingredient-driven dishes that blend Mediterranean, Latin, and Caribbean influences with European techniques. My culinary journey spans luxury hotels and fine dining establishments, including experience at the prestigious Amstel Hotel and Hotel Okura Amsterdam.
With a Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality Management from NHL Stenden, I combine my operational expertise with a deep appreciation for hospitality, service, and innovation. Whether crafting elegant desserts or crafting meal based on your dietary needs , I am always seeking to push the boundaries of flavor and experience.
