Passionate about cooking and obsessed with finding new flavours, I love making people happy through food.
I have always loved cooking. I cook a bit of everything at home, but as a Spaniard, Mediterranean food will always have a special place in my heart, and it is what I do best. After studying culinary arts in Spain, I worked in the Netherlands at La Cubanita, Sevilla, and Gran Café Brava, all in Utrecht, consistently in Mediterranean style kitchens. I enjoy cooking that is all about great ingredients, bold flavours, and good pace, and I take pride in the details that make each plate come out just right.
