My name is Liviu Moroiu and this is a small story telling about myself .
I have started working in professional kitchen at the age of 18, I have accumulated a vast knowledge on many styles and different cuisines and would like to share this with people who enjoy food experience. My journey starts in Italy/Sicily after a many experiences in kitchens learning and progressing in the Mediterranean cuisine I’ve decided to move on to London where I continued building up knowledge and working under pressure, learning many different techniques and different styles of cuisine and culture. Then moved to the Netherlands where it’s all started with a private dining a concept I brought with me from London , back in 2016 and since then making memories with beautiful people around the dining table.
