My name is Liviu Moroiu and this is a small story telling about myself .

I have started working in professional kitchen at the age of 18, I have accumulated a vast knowledge on many styles and different cuisines and would like to share this with people who enjoy food experience. My journey starts in Italy/Sicily after a many experiences in kitchens learning and progressing in the Mediterranean cuisine I’ve decided to move on to London where I continued building up knowledge and working under pressure, learning many different techniques and different styles of cuisine and culture. Then moved to the Netherlands where it’s all started with a private dining a concept I brought with me from London , back in 2016 and since then making memories with beautiful people around the dining table.

We organized a thank you dinner for our parents and chef Gabrielle and Terenzino made an evening to never forget! The food was delicious and the (Italian) stories behind the food were very nice. After the dinner, everything was cleaned superbly.

Chef Liviu was fantastic. It was a special occasion as my parents were visiting from another country. Liviu made the night magical and he was super engaging. Food and wine pairings were spot on. A big highlight and I would definitely hire him again.

It was a wonderful experience! The best mussels ever eaten by me and the rest was also super tasty! Liviu is professional but also very amiable
