Get to know me better
Italian roots, endless kitchen experiments. I’m a creative and energetic person who loves connecting with people and always learning new things.
I am originally from Italy, where my love for cooking started at a very young age. Many of my earliest memories are in the kitchen with my grandparents and my mum, experimenting with recipes and learning the joy of preparing food for others. Over the years, I attended several cooking workshops to further develop this passion, and my family and friends have happily served as guinea pigs for many of my baking experiments.
Baking is particularly close to my heart. I especially enjoy making focaccia, breads, pizzas, and savoury dishes such as quiches, but I also love preparing sweets and pies.
As a vegetarian, I enjoy experimenting with plant-based ingredients and creating dishes that are both flavourful and satisfying, often surprising people with how rich and delicious vegetarian and vegan food can be.
Although I am not a certified chef and I work in a different field professionally, I am the person friends call when they want a good meal. The best way to judge my cooking, however, is simply to try it!
