Hello! I'm an Italian chef and culinary consultant (Marostica). Seasonal, hands-on cooking with a zero-waste mindset: technique first, flavor always.
I’m Luca Moresco, an Italian chef and culinary consultant based in Amsterdam, I create private dining and hands-on cooking experiences built around classic Italian technique, seasonal ingredients, and solid kitchen organization—mise en place, timing, and balance.
My approach is simple: understand → choose → cook better. I explain the “why” behind each step so you leave with real skills you can repeat at home, not just a one-off meal. I also bring a zero-waste mindset: using every part of an ingredient when it improves flavor, reduces waste, and makes sense in a professional kitchen.
Experiences can range from fresh pasta and sauces, to Italian dessert classics, to a full Italian menu, or a Veneto-style aperitivo with cicchetti. I tailor each session to your group, pace, and dietary needs (vegetarian options available; allergies communicated in advance).
