Young professional italian chef, creative and enthusiastic
I am a young italian chef, who moved in Amsterdam when i was nearly 20. I studied how to became a Pastry chef at Etoile Academy in Tuscania, then i traveled around Italy, working for restaurants such as the Stube, in Asiago, where the chef Alessio Longhini teached me what working in a kitchen really means.
Here in holland i worked as free lancer for most of the time and i've improoved my kitchen techniques working everyday to get the most out of it.
