Hello, my name is Mani. I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. I was lucky and was trained while working in top restaurants skipping 'formal' training to see how restaurants truly worked. I have developed a varied and refined palate with a variety of cuisines enabling me to create dishes with a wide variety of ingredients.
