I am a professional Italian chef with more than twenty years of experience across Europe. My passion began at a very young age in Italy, where I learned that great food starts with love and simplicity.
Over the years, I’ve worked in restaurants in Italy, Scotland, England, Spain, and the Netherlands, blending Mediterranean tradition with modern creativity.
