Passionate and innovative vegetarian chef

From traveler to chef, 10 years ago I decided to dedicate myself to my passion for cooking, I returned to my home country (Brazil) to study culinary arts and there I had the opportunity to work in key restaurants to then come to Europe where I had the opportunity to work in Greece, Ibiza and Holland where I currently live.

I had the opportunity to be a chef in a restaurant and create a vegetarian and vegan menu and this sparked my passion for food without meat or fish. Yes, I can cook fish and meat very well but my passion is more unusual cuisine, being challenged to make incredible dishes without conventional ingredients. I'm passionate about Italian food and homemade pasta, I also have a workshop company to teach people how easy it is to cook what seems difficult.
