I am a Brazilian chef with over 10 years of professional experience, specializing in Brazilian cuisine — with a strong focus on traditional barbecue — as well as Italian, European, and Asian cuisines. Also specializing in vegan and vegetarian food. I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, where I developed a solid foundation in classical techniques. Throughout my career, I have traveled extensively to explore culinary cultures, deepen my knowledge, and discover authentic flavors from around the world. These experiences shape my approach to cooking, which blends technique, creativity, and respect for high-quality ingredients to deliver refined and memorable culinary experiences.
