Born in Korea and based in Utrecht, I’m a self-taught chef blending Korean heritage with European flavours and techniques. My journey began in my grandmother’s kitchen, where I learned that food could tell stories and hold memories. Today, I grow my own Korean vegetables, forage local ingredients, and use fermentation — from kimchi to kombucha — to bring depth and life to my dishes. Each plate reflects the changing seasons and my passion for creating something beautiful, meaningful, and uniquely personal — your next level in Korean dining.
