Get to know me better
Hi, my name is Pasquale and I'm 25. I have been a chef for 6 years, started working in London and now living and working in Amsterdam.
I m really happy with my job. I've been doing this all my life and I enjoy what I do. I really like to travel
as well and take everything that I can from that place.
I started my career in Italy, Rome, where I come from, after finding this not satisfying enough, I moved
to London, England. I spend 2 years there where I worked with amazing chefs, in amazing environments!
I learned, especially in London, all the base of French cuisine, and how to be strong in a long shift as well.
I have been living in Amsterdam for 2 years now and I plan on staying here longer. I am currently working
a full time job as well yet I love to cook at home and therefore I enjoy working trough this platform.
My specialty is French and Italian cuisine, although I enjoy each an every one of the other that the world has.
If you would like a talented chef who loves working with seasonal products and not too much little knickknacks,
I am the one to make your evening come alive! Due to my connections in the hospitality business I can also offer
wine pairings and an extra server if you would like to make the dinner even more special and personal.
