Hi, I'm Roberta! I'm a trained pastry chef from Romania, and cooking for people is one of my favourite things in the world. I've spent most of my time in pastry labs, creating cakes and desserts, but I've also worked in a seaside restaurant in Romania and in professional kitchens, so I'm just as happy cooking a full meal as baking something sweet.
I also studied psychology, and I think it shapes the way I cook. For me, a meal is about more than the food: it's about the people around the table and how they feel. I love getting to know my guests, listening to what they enjoy, and creating a relaxed, warm atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
Whether it's a cosy dinner, a special celebration or a homemade dessert, I'll bring care, creativity and a lot of love into every dish.
