I'm a professional cook with 8 years experience in fine dining. I studied in the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián (Spain) and made a special degree in avant-garde cuisine. I have worked in restaurants that belong to the top 50 Best of San Pellegrino and, as well, for Michelin Star restaurants in Amsterdam. My expertise goes from traditional French cuisine to the unconventional Mexican insects.
