I’m an Argentinian grill master specializing in high-quality meats cooked over open fire: the traditional asado way. My style is raw, honest, and rooted in gaucho culture: live flames, perfect embers, bold flavors, and deep respect for the product.

What makes my service unique is the collaboration with my partner, a Michelin-star fine dining chef. Together, we combine two worlds: refined technique and plating with the smoke, fire, and soul of Argentinian asado. The result is a dining experience that feels both unique and authentic.
