I am a vegan and vegetarian cook with more than 10 years of experience, I had my own place in Spain and I had several collaborations in the vegan section of different restaurants.

I am always creating new plant-based recipes and menus, implementing seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques adapted to modern world.

I enjoy myself eating and cooking, especially transforming traditional recipes from around the world in their vegan version.

We had an amazing experience! With a newborn, we couldn’t go out to celebrate Valentine’s Day and Susana, our private chef, was very attentive and kind to our situation. She’s super nice and professional! We felt she was part of our family ???? thank you again for the experience! My husband was so surprise and emotional! We loved it!
