I cook asian cuisine with local organic producten.

I am Chinese who live in Nederland almost 13 years.

In 2019, I decided to study cooking ( BBL) by Van der Valk Hotel, Lent, Nijmegen . Then I got mbo zelfstandig kok diploma in 2022.

I have already 6 years working experience in Dutch restaurants and cafe.

I am also good at Asian cooking.

Now I am trying to use local organic product to my dishes .
