A classically trained chef with years of healthy cooking, restaurant owner, trained macrobiotic chef
I was born and raised in New Zealand but started travelling the world and experiencing it's varied cuisines from an early age.
I am a professional chef with 30 years experience, culinary trained in classic French cuisine, Japanese Macrobiotic cooking and traditional Mexican cuisine.
My repertoire ranges from contemporary healthy to traditional regional cooking from around the world with an accent on spice and authenticity.
I have owned restaurants in both Auckland and Raglan, accompanied International bands and musicians around the world as a personal chef; worked in private homes across America as an in-house chef; was Head Vegetarian Chef at Google headquarters in California for just under a year, and taught International cooking classes to adult students for 3 years in California.
Now residing back in New Zealand and raising 2 children, I continue to cook for music festivals, catering companies and private dinner parties.
