I have been cooking for 30 years in some of New Zealand and the world’s best kitchens. I was executive chef of the renowned Matakauri lodge for the previous 14 years and am now looking to transfer those skills to create small bespoke memorable dining experiences.
My passion for local produce led me to write my first cookbook south in 2020
