I am a chef with 7 years professional experience under my belt working in prestige cafes & restaurants alike.
I trained in the culinary arts at Wintec in Hamilton and completed the international training certificate with City & Guilds, qualifying with a Merit.
My passion for food has been recognised in the Matariki dish challenges, Tuatara’s food + beer matching competitions and also at Waikato Culinary Fare.
Vegan, vegetarian, plantbased whole foods is my expertise.
Although, not limited to this style of cuisine, I have much experience with meats + dairy also.
Creating finesse and flavoursome foods where ever I go.
