Get to know me better

Filipino chef, trained around the globe, specializing in French, Italian and Western Cuisine.

I am a professional chef with 11 years of formal experience. I graduated from De La Salle College of St. Benilde and I studied and worked in Italy under a 2-Michelin Star Restaurant (Antiche Contrade) and a 2-Michelin Star Hotel (Ristorante Lovera). Apart from this, I was the executive chef for Carmelo's Home Wagyu, Sweet Bella (all branches), Bizu Patiserrie (all branches) and the latest, a chef under The Royal Caribbean.

Apart from the formality, it brings me great joy to bring people together, if not closer, through food. I strive to gift my clients with memories of childhood or home, if not a new experience all together.
