I am well equipped with Japanese and French cuisine techniques.

I am a professional chef running 7 years in the industry. Worked in various fine dining restaurants abroad such as Koi Japanese Restaurant, Modern Hongkong etc. I took up a 2 year culinary course in International Culinary and Hospitality Entrepreneurship Foundation located in Davao City and currently residing in Panglao, Bohol and currently the Executive Chef of CliffSide Resort, Panglao, Bohol.
