I'm a passionate chef that loves to create modern dishes using local ingredients.

I'm a professional chef and I've been in the food industry for 7 years. I've worked in a 5 star hotel, Shangri-la Mactan Spa & Resort and in a modern gastronomy restaurant. Right now I'm the head chef of a local restaurant here in Cebu. I've been making menus for 3 years already. I do special set menus for special events and I've done degustation dinner with a 10-courses tasting menu.
