I am a 23 year old professional chef, first hand experiences through my own business and also through working in a professional kitchen. I aspire to serve my customers with my food because the essence of food and serving customers lies in nourishment, connection, and experience.
I believe food should do more than fill you up—it should make you feel something. Whether I’m crafting a classic dish with care or exploring bold new combinations, I approach every recipe with respect, creativity, and attention to detail.As a chef, I value consistency, humility, and learning.
