Chef Mygan Bongo Manlisic

I have been working as a chef since 2023, after graduating from MOST Institute Culinary School Cebu. I gained valuable hands-on experience during my on-the-job training at CUR8 Cebu, a restaurant recognized with a Michelin distinction, where I was exposed to high standards in culinary excellence. I also had the opportunity to work at their partner Western restaurant, CAVA Cebu, which helped me expand my knowledge in international cuisine. These experiences shaped my skills, discipline, and passion for creating quality dishes. Now, I have chosen to pursue a solo path to fully express my creativity, build my own identity as a chef, and offer more personalized services to my clients. Alongside this, I started my own cake business as a way to grow, challenge myself, and turn my passion into something meaningful and inspiring.
