My journey includes competing in and winning prestigious competitions in the Philippines, showcasing my skills and dedication. I also gained invaluable experience working at Toyo Eatery, recognized as the top restaurant in the Philippines, where I honed my craft and deepened my understanding of innovative Filipino cuisine.
