I'm a Professional chef after 23 years in gastronomy business. I have study in the catering school of Poitiers. I have experiment many sorts of restaurant from fine food with 3 Michelin stars to collective restaurant with 600 lunches by day. I have perform as well as production chef on catering, as a personal chef for a Russian billionaire. And i got my own restaurant in Lodz in from 2016 until 2020.
