Having worked within various kitchens, creating a variety of style of food, I have developed excellent skills, not only with food but also with communication, teamwork and leadership skills within a working environment. Over the last 11 years I had a great opportunity to work with well known chefs including Jordi Villa and Marc Broadbent.

Very happy with my first experiences in yachting; looking for new challenges in a form of larger yacht with more guest and crew I could cook for.
