I am an Italian chef living in Poland for over 10 years, where I blend authentic Italian culinary tradition with an international mindset and a strong attention to detail.

After several years working in the finance sector, I made a deliberate and life-changing decision to leave a corporate career and fully dedicate myself to my true passion: Italian cuisine. This background has shaped my approach to cooking — precise, organized, and highly client-focused — while allowing creativity and emotion to shine on the plate.

In 2024–2025 I completed my professional culinary training at ALMA – La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana in Colorno, one of the most prestigious Italian culinary institutions. There I refined my skills in traditional and modern Italian cooking, ingredient selection, technique, and menu design.

As a private chef, I aim to offer more than just a meal:
