Get to know me better
Cooking brings me joy. The most important thing to me is that my guests feel happy when they taste my dishes.
I am a sushi chef with 20 years of experience. In 2024, I won the Polish and European Sushi Championships. I represented Poland twice at the World Championships in Tokyo (2019 and 2024). For 12 years, I developed my skills under the guidance of World Champion Alon Than, while also serving as Head Sushi Chef at the prestigious restaurant in Warsaw's Palm House, "Izumi Sushi Biały Kamień." In 2025, I worked as Head Chef at "Onakaya," a renowned Japanese fusion restaurant in Nice. I completed a 5-day internship at the "Kamo-Okimizuki" restaurant, run by the renowned Chef Takeshi Suda, a master of fugu and the "Usuzukuri" technique. For two years, I have been a trainer at the international culinary school "Ashanti" in Łódź, where I develop the skills of chefs from all over Poland.
