Private Chef and Culinary Trainer with over 27 years of professional experience in Poland and internationally, including France, Switzerland, Norway and the USA.

My career has taken me from professional restaurant and hotel kitchens to Head Chef positions and private chef assignments. I have worked as a Private Chef in Verbier, Switzerland and Val d’Isère, France, preparing daily meals for private families and international guests, including breakfasts, lunches, afternoon tea, multi-course dinners, special events and children’s menus.

As a Culinary Trainer, I conduct professional culinary workshops covering Polish and European cuisine, French cuisine, modern Polish cuisine and premium steak preparation, including my STEAK & etc. Masterclass.

I also provide culinary consulting through Chef United, focusing on menu development, recipes, food costing and practical kitchen solutions.

My approach is based on quality ingredients, precise cooking, professional techniques and attention to detail. I work independently or as part of an international team and adapt each menu and service to the client and occasion.
