Get to know me better

Cooking is my biggest passion. I like to highlight and be creative with ingredients, and bring out the best taste in every food I make.

I began my culinary journey at a hospitality school in the Philippines, where I built a strong foundation in kitchen operations and classic techniques. Most of my early professional experience was shaped back home, where I developed both technical skills and a passion for bringing flavors to life.

Two years ago, I started working in Sweden and joined some of Stockholm’s best restaurants. Working in such a dynamic and high-standard environment has expanded my culinary knowledge, refined my skills, and deepened my understanding of Scandinavian cuisine and culture. Through food, I’ve learned to connect traditions, adapt to new flavors, and embrace innovation while maintaining respect for authenticity.
