I am a professional chef educated in Maastricht in the Netherlands. More than 25 years of experience in the fine dining area. Love to use ingredients from the nature and create wonderful and tasteful dishes from it. Also a long experience in holding cooking courses at my own studio in Vasastan or Ekhageb
