I am a professional chef holding my

professional certification from a culinary school in Stockholm, Sweden called Astar. Where I graduated earlier and with honors.

My experience from the get go was within Fine dining or À la carte menus. In fusion restaurants like Tak and Dining Room At Six. I often combine Eastern and African influence into my cooking based on what I've learned and been inspired with. Which I have been fortunate enough to learn through shadowing renowned chefs in Michelin and non Michelin restaurants.
