Born in Emilia Romagna, the heart of Italian fresh pasta, always a lover of our comfortable home cooking.

Restaurateur and chef in Italy, moved to Sweden for the wonderful nature of this land, I like to transmit culinary traditions of my country by cooking with original e authemtic italian ingredients and products to enhance your experience to the maximum and, why not, also learn a few words of Italian that can be useful in the kitchen! :-)

100% of the ingredients I use are Italian, from small organic producers that I import personally with my company, this to guarantee a unique experience of Italian flavors with high quality products, because the raw material is the most important characteristic of a good dish!

Charmig upplevelse med väl valda råvaror, vällagade rätter och fint upplagt

Stefano was great. Good communication before the dinner to adjust the menu to our liking and the occasion. Once at our place for the dinner he and his sous chef prepared everything in time and we could relax as hosts and simply enjoy the evening with our friends. The food was delicious and Stefano presented each dish with a good story of the origins of the ingrediens and how he made the dish. We can definitely recommend Stefano!

I would highly recommend Chef Stefano, we hired him for our daughter’s birthday party and from our initial contact to the final plate every thing was easy and professional.

Stefano lagade maten på en möhippa vi arrangerade och vi är mycket nöjda! God mat, kommunikativ, enkel (han tog sig själv runt i köket utan någon hjälp). Har verkligen bara bra att säga och kan verkligen rekommendera Stefano!

Stefano was a fantastic chef and the experience was wonderful! We had a delicious Italian meal with a large selection of different flavours and tastes. The appetisers alone were more than enough and there was plenty left over for the next day. Each item of the small plates was well explained and from authentic Italian suppliers. The main course, the lasagne, was delicious, with a deep flavour and more than enough for seconds. We had fantastic wine pairings and they were interesting and local wines as well. I'd definitely recommend the Take a Chef experience and Stefano as well! Thank you for a brilliant night.

Had a wonderful time with Chef Stefano. Real authentic Italian experience with amazing food and the history behind every dish. Per and I would like to express our sincere thanks and delight at the food you prepared for us. We were also impressed at the super quality of the food. It is difficult to single out any one dish as they were all memorable but the Caponata was particularly delicious and special. Thanks to you we had a great night.

Stefano is great! The food is of extreme good quality and very tasty. He even brought some special italian products or us to taste free of charge. It was a success for our dinner!

Chef Stefano made our evening with his quality of dishes, joyful explanation of the cooking process and he also used imported ingredients from Italy which made a huge surprisingly difference. I strongly recommend Stefano!
