I'm not a standard chef, but more like a food artist - passionate about creating conceptual, artful dishes that are not only visually stunning but also harmoniously balanced in unique flavors.
I'm the 2025 Winner of GlobalChefs for Singapore, in which I'll represent Singapore for global Competition. Besides, I'm the only selected Private chef in Asia for Barilla Pasta Championship Finale 2025 too.
