A whimsical and funny loving chef who loves to share his ideas on what makes a good food halal and progressive thinking, but at times relaxing food.
I started as a wedding cook with my cousin who had catering for Malay wedding and my late grandmother grandfather had a stall selling local Singapore dishes. I fell in love with cooking eversince. Work at Fullerton bay hotel,work as student at Sheraton towers,got a once in a lifetime offer opening team at Atelier De Joel Robuchon Singapore and work with Chef Raymond Capaldi at Melbourne.
Engaged nowadays with halal food due to my religion and i want to elevate it higher with French technique.
Experimenting and serving food for all occasions.
