I am a professional chef for 8 years, been living in Italy for 6 years and runned my own restaurant two years,, then moved to Phuket for 4 years and had my Chinese restaurant for 4 years, named Anita’s Kitchen. After running 6 years of professional kitchen and the business owner, I found that I would love to share my expertise straightly to the people for those who loves food. I feel more excited cooking in front of the people, seems to me a lot of fun , more room for me to create different recipes , but most important, I would love to interactive with customers while I am cooking. It would be the optimum cooking experiences I ever had.
