I’m David, a Spanish chef shaped by the kitchens of some of the finest restaurants in my homeland. I had the privilege of learning from culinary masters such as Ricard Camarena and Culler de Pau, both honored with two Michelin stars. These experiences taught me that cooking is not just about technique—it’s about emotion, memory, and soul.
Today, I serve as the chef at Willy Kitchen, one of Bangkok’s top destinations for authentic Spanish cuisine. From this Mediterranean corner in Thailand, I bring bold flavors and vibrant dishes to life, blending tradition with creativity.
My specialties include paellas, open-fire barbecue, perfectly grilled meats and fish, and playful, flavorful tapas that surprise and delight. I’m passionate about healthy Mediterranean cooking, with touches of Latin American flair that add rhythm and color to the plate.
