A classically trained Chef with passion for traditional foods. Traveled to over 60 countries, based in Thailand for 13 years.
Open minded, motivated to learn and always looking to expand my knowledge of everything culinary. Other interests lie in anthropology, agriculture and science, with a focus on finding a way to connect them all. Spending a little more then half my life in the US and the other half outside in Mexico, around the Mediterranean and Southeast Asia. Currently based in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand working with specialty coffee and culinary consulting.
