My cooking started by helping my mother and grandmother. That was my initial experience. After that, I was passionate about cooking and studied at culinary school. Then I worked in many hotels and resorts. I gained experience from working in many places and having colleagues from many countries. That allowed me to cook many types of food. But my specialty is traditional Thai cuisine and contemporary cuisine, Japanese cuisine, especially sushi, Asian cuisine, India Cuisine, Italian cuisine, French cuisine and Mediterranean cuisine. I currently work for several private yachts and also provide private chef services to clients in villas in Phuket, Koh Samui Phangan and Bangkok.
