Fantastic dishes. Visual and taste wow effect ant every meal. Very professional chef with kindness and respect of her customer. Good guiding and support to build the event, always taking care of our need. I strongly recommend this chef to have a memorable dinner.

Bringing in Chef Gosia for a surprise romantic dinner during my husband and I's honeymoon in Koh Samui was an absolute highlight of the trip that we'll never forget. She was highly communicative in advance, excited to help me pull it off and ensuring all details were covered to a T. We arrived at the villa to an impeccably set table and her warm greeting, kicking off one of the most delicious Italian meals I've ever had. I requested mocktails and they were equally as incredible. Chef Gosia offered us privacy, but we were so engaged by her wordly culinary expertise that we ended up conversing a lot. Another highlight of meeting Chef Gosia was her generosity in sharing her favorite hidden gems around the island for us to explore, far from heavy tourism. I highly recommend Chef Gosia, in whatever corner of the world you are lucky enough to find her!

Great Chef! Food was incredible

If you have the chance, do book Gosia she is absolutely fantastic. An absolute delight to have her be chef for us. She thoroughly asked about preferences and any allergies and then proactively made menu suggestions with a wide variety of options. Very ably supported by her partner, Gosia prepared breakfast / brunch for us for 8 days and dinner on 3 days. Each day there was a variety of tantalising varied suggestions all based around our varied preferences. She arrived each day discreetly and with lots of time to prep and was flexible around amending meal times depending on what we were up to each day. When she left after each meal, it was so tidy, you would have no idea that the kitchen had been used. A delight to chat with, down to earth, modest about her significant abilities and a pleasure have to cook for us. We were very fortunate to have found her and would without hesitation book her again given the chance whether in Thailand or if she visits to London. 10/10 recommendation, we all raved. You were amazing thanks so so much best food we have had!! i asked for something that wasn’t on the menu and she did exactly as i asked, couldn’t of asked for a better chef, food was delicious and fresh and the presentation was amazing!!
