My name is Meryem Kasar. I am Turkish and a graduate of Culinary Arts and Management. I have been passionate about cooking since childhood and have spent most of my life in the kitchen refining my craft.

Through my profession, I have had the opportunity to travel and experience different cultures, which has deeply enriched my culinary perspective. I truly love what I do and continue to learn something new every day. In gastronomy, there is always room to grow, new techniques to explore, and new flavors to discover. The more I learn, the more inspired I become.

My guests were all impressed by her food and professionalism. I would definitely hire her again and recommend her

Meryem did an excellent job for our New Year's party in Bangkok, accompanied by 2 staff to serve our 20 guests. She delivered an exceptional menu combining Italian greats like mozarella with cherry tomatoes, octopus salad and some made hummus got our guests underway. We moved on to chicken wraps, which were a highlight for our younger guests, then, just before midnight, some kebabs appeared, then dessert consisted of panna cotta and tiramisu. We had a great evening, but the best was waking up to a spotless apartment and kitchen on the a groggy New Year's morning. Meryem is highly recommended and a great communicator too
