Chef Oskar Cizic

I am a professional chef with almost 15 years experience. I started working for a friends catering company at festivals. I was then offered a job with one of the largest and busiest catering companies in the UK and cooked for many high end clients including Kate Middleton.

I built confidence working under Michelin trained chefs and then decided to set up my own catering business working in the film/tv sector. I catered for clients such as Nike, Jimmy Choo, ASOS, Amazon and more. After 2 years of this and due to struggles in the industry I decided to start a smaller business focussing on patisserie and baked goods. We now supply caterers in the film/tv industry with top quality sweets and treats as well as other smaller commercial events and we also have an online store. We occasionally do markets and would love to one day open a

shop.

Alongside my businesses I also teach cooking to varying skill and experience levels as well as private chef for families or small events/celebrations.
