I’m a chef who combines technique, creativity, and care to deliver high-quality, personalized dining experiences.
I’m a chef with over three years of professional experience working in respected and high-performing kitchens. My career has taken me through restaurants such as Ikoyi in London, Potong and Gaggan in Bangkok, and Hom in Phuket, along with a few other places that helped shape my style, discipline, and understanding of flavor. Each kitchen taught me something different—precision, creativity, respect for ingredients, and the ability to stay calm while delivering consistency under pressure.
Working as a private chef allows me to bring that same restaurant-level standard directly into someone’s home, but in a way that feels warmer, more personal, and more relaxed. I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I cook for, understanding their tastes, dietary needs, and the type of experience they want from a meal. Whether it’s a simple dinner at home, a special occasion, or ongoing meal preparation, I approach each service with care and attention to detail.
My cooking style focuses on clean flavors, thoughtful combinations, and techniques that bring out the best in each ingredient. I believe food should feel both comforting and refined, and I enjoy designing menus that reflect that balance. For clients who prefer something tailored, I take the time to create dishes based on their preferences, culture, or lifestyle.
