From Nordic Roots To Tropical Rhythms — I’m a culinary artist guided by color, connection, and curiosity.
Born in Stockholm, shaped by Paris, and now creating on the tropical island of Koh Samui — I turn food into art that reflects the people and places around me. Every dish is a story, every detail intentional.
My love for cooking began in an open-air kitchen on a tiny island in Sweden, where I found myself behind the stoves of an Ibizian-inspired restaurant — sun-soaked, soulful, and full of flavor. Raised in vibrant Stockholm, I later moved to Paris in my early twenties, where I fell head over heels for the elegance and depth of French food culture. That love quickly became a lifelong relationship, shaping my palate, my aesthetic, and my approach to dining as an art form.
Now living in Koh Samui, I draw inspiration from the tropical surroundings and the people I cook for. I don’t just create food — I create experiences. My background spans high-end restaurants in Stockholm and Paris, where I’ve done everything from cooking to directing full-service operations. Every detail matters to me — light, smell, sound, presentation — because every element adds to the story on the plate.
