I have been cooking for over 30 years, with my grandmother teaching me our cherished family recipes. The joy I felt watching her cook has always stayed with me. Today, I proudly co-own two Thai restaurants in Virginia, USA. In 2019, I had the honor of competing in MasterChef Thailand. Using my extensive experience, I take pleasure in wowing people with my culinary creations, and nothing makes me happier than seeing a smile light up their faces.

Chef is incredibly accommodating and communicative. Really puts those with allergies at ease. And the food was incredible to boot.

Chef Ram and his assistants were everything we could have asked for...polite, attentive, professional and above all else excellent chefs.

Chef drove out to us and created the most magical day of meals for the seven of us. We had the best time and would definitely hire Chef Ram again. Looking back on our weekend getaway it was definitely one of the highlights of the weekend and money well spent. Not having to do groceries, plan, prep, cook, serve, or clean was worth every penny. The food was delicious and we ate until we were going to explode and still had leftovers.

Chef Ram and his assistant Tong were very attentive to our special needs for our 34 th wedding anniversary. I am laid up recovering from knee surgury so they served me in the comfort of my recliner . The food and presentation was top notch and they surprised us with a special anniversary drink that started out the night on a very positive note ! I would recommend Chef Ram anytime !

Chef RAM is very nice. The taste of all Course had been adjusted to make it easy to eat with Thai style.

Ram was with us for four days worth of meals, he was professional and attentive, we were so impressed with every dish he made. He surprised us with smoothies and lemongrass tea. We enjoyed every moment.

What a delight! We hired Chef Ram to create a custom 5-course Thai menu for 12. He was friendly, full of creative ideas and accommodating for requests and special diets. His food was a delicious and creatively presented, with just the right touches to make things feel extra special. He presented it well and offered interesting detail. Chef Sorakom as arranged remotely as a surprise to a birthday (the meal was a gift to the host and guest). The below review was provided to me by the host. The moment her arrived he went straight to work and did not need any assistance and was well prepared. Went through the stages of the serving and timing between dishes. He explained the ingredients and added some free dishes (and gifted a bottle of wine)

The day with chef Ram was amazing! He brought everything he needed and explained about the ingredients and why he was preparing them the way he did. His company was very pleasant and entertaining. Quality of the food was outstanding and the presentation was superb as well. I highly recommend this chef.
