Chef Warren Lindsey

I am Chef Warren Lindsey, a proud graduate of Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Orlando, where I earned an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts. Currently, I am furthering my education by pursuing a degree in nutrition. With a wealth of experience in upscale restaurants, catering, and in-house cooking, I bring a diverse culinary background to your team.

My culinary repertoire spans a wide range of cuisines, including Asian, Indian, Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Italian. What sets me apart is my extensive training in vegetarian and vegan cooking, which I consider an art that enables me to create dishes that are both delicious and health-conscious. Growing up as a vegetarian, I acquired a deep understanding of how to make meals both flavorful and nutritious.

My culinary journey has taken me across the globe, from London to Italy and Peru, where I received training and collaborated with renowned chefs. Notably, I had the privilege of learning under the guidance of Celebrity Chef Jernard Wells, a two-time "Cutthroat Kitchen" winner, and two certified Master chefs, which enriched my culinary skills.

In addition to my culinary experiences, I also manage my own Personal Chef and catering business. I have successfully catered for a variety of events, from weddings with 300 guests to intimate family gatherings, always striving to create memorable dining experiences. Currently, I am working as a private chef for a high-profile celebrity couple, traveling between California and Florida to meet their culinary needs.

Furthermore, my dedication to the culinary field was recognized when I was featured in Tampa magazine for my cooking classes. My approach to cooking is not only professional but also friendly and warm, with a commitment to ensuring that every dish I prepare brings happiness and satisfaction to those I serve.
