Well travelled chef celebrating the local flavors of Thailand, California, & region cuisines. Each dish is tailored to your distinct palate and diet.

I began my journey as a prep cook and fry chef at DoubleTree, Hilton, and other restaurants in the Los Angeles area near Disneyland. After several years I moved to Asia to complete my culinary studies in Bangkok. During that time, I also traveled to lesser-known provinces with hidden gastronomic gems across Thailand and Taiwan where I immersed myself in their local food culture. Those experiences reignited my love for authentic regional flavors and reminded me that truly beautiful meals can be created from humble, local ingredients. Today, I’m honored to share that same love of food with you through the dishes I create.
